Is this sofa cover waterproof?

Only products specifically labeled water resistant or water repellent provide short-term protection from light spills; they are not fully waterproof. Blot liquid promptly and check the description above for the performance of this exact product.

How well does the cover stay in place?

A correctly sized cover uses stretch fabric and an elastic edge to follow the cushion shape. Smooth the fabric and tuck any excess after installation. Covers may move more on very smooth upholstery or when the selected size is too large.

Are these covers suitable for homes with pets?

Yes. They help manage pet hair, dust, light stains and normal wear. No fabric cover is puncture-proof, however, so persistent digging, chewing or sharp claws can still cause snags or damage.

How should I wash the cover?

Remove the cover and machine wash it with cold water and mild detergent, following the care instructions above and the sewn-in label. Do not bleach. Use low heat only when the product instructions allow it.
